क्या हर कोई Tech career में सफल हो सकता है?
सच:
- Tech ek विशालकाय industry hai.
- Tech में career options ke रास्ते बहुत सारे हैं.
- कहीं से भी बैठे काम करो — जैसे remote काम,
high salary मिलेगी — ये final है
लेकिन:
- Tech career में रास्ते तो ढेरों हैं, पर entry मुश्किल है।
- Tech जितना आज आसान लगता है, उतना है नहीं — इसमें competition बहुत ज़्यादा है।
- सिर्फ हाथ में degree होना काफी नहीं है, इससे job मिलेगी इसकी कोई guarantee नहीं है।
क्या coding सबके लिए important है और सबके लिए है?
तो answer है — नहीं, coding सबके लिए नहीं है — ये एक myth है।
ज्यादातर लोगों का मानना है कि coding सबको सीखनी चाहिए या आनी चाहिए,
पर मैं ऐसा समझता हूँ कि लोगों का interest अलग-अलग होता है।
ऐसे भी लोग हैं जिनको design, writing, art में interest होता है,
तो इससे ये पता चलता है कि coding is not for everyone.

Coding उनके लिए है जिनकी Tech में रुचि (interest) हो।
Sirf tech को जानना काफ़ी नहीं, उसमें दिलचस्पी (curiosity) भी ज़रूरी है।
Coding का मतलब tech को जानना नहीं होता,
और ना ही इसका मतलब सिर्फ computer से बात करना होता है।
Coding ka real matlab hota hai:
चीजों को सही ढंग से समझकर, logical तरीके से उन पर काम करना।
Example से समझो – App बनाते समय क्या सोचोगे?
मान लो आप Zomato जैसी app बनाना चाहते हो —
तो सबसे पहले आपके मन में क्या सवाल आएंगे?
- App कैसी होगी?
- इसका purpose क्या होगा?
- User इसमें क्या कर पाएगा?
फिर आप सोचते हो:
- App Android Studio से बनाऊंगा
- इसके लिए मुझे yeh-yeh tools/languages लगेंगे
- App में login, order, location tracking जैसे modules होने चाहिए
इस तरह step-by-step आप हर सवाल का जवाब सोचकर एक पूरा plan बनाते हो।
और उसी base पर app बनती है।अब सोचो — आपने क्या सिर्फ computer से बात की?नहीं
- आपने चीजों को सही ढंग से समझा ✅
- आपने उन्हें logically apply किया ✅
- आपने step-wise structure create किया ✅

having all these challenges,competions tech is still the thing you can choose because:
- यह पूरी दुनिया में मशहूर है, यानी इसका global scope है।
- इसमें income high होती है।
- अगर आपके पास skills हैं, तो आप बिना degree के भी बहुत कुछ कर सकते हैं।
- इसमें समय के साथ-साथ continuous growth होती है समय के साथ-साथ।
- इसमें ज़्यादा physical mazduri नहीं है — आप sirf 8–9 ghante, वो भी baithe-baithe kaam करके अच्छी कमाई कर सकते हैं।
Conclusion: Tech career Overhyped या Misunderstood?
मैं व्यक्तिगत रूप से मानता हूँ कि tech industry overhyped नहीं है, लेकिन लोग इसे अक्सर misunderstood करते हैं।
मैंने बहुत से लोगों और students को देखा है जिन्होंने tech को career option के तौर पर चुना, लेकिन बाद में पछताए, क्योंकि वो sirf पैसे के लिए आए थे।
